Mentality is such a factor. I had a faceit game yesterday, was feeling down because i wasnt hitting my shots. I got tilted. Thank goodness @angvil talked me out of it. Had to take 30 seconds away from the game. Bought an awp the next round and deleted 3 enemies while pushing with awp. No i am not an awper. But the round after that i went back to my usual ak and landed my shots. All because i was in the right headspace.

Unless youre a pro with seriously quick reflexes, 5 vs 70 ms ping wont affect you as much as you think

if u have high ping move fast, if u have a low one, do the opposite so basically if u got high ping just xantarespeek the shit out of everyone cause it gives u a massive advantage

Just forgot the most important factor: sensitivitity. You just cant possibly have good precise aim if your sensitivity is so high that you can do a 1080° turn with 1 flick and you would be surprised to see how many new and even older players have ridicilously high sens and have played for 1500 hours

Also awareness of not only where your crosshair is but which angles you can be shot from, I try to imagine the map from above and try to only be open to one angle at a time, that way I can just concertrate on my aim

QOTD: Tilting for me. I play on valve dm because I don't like the community dm. If I get mad in dm, which I almost always do, I end up whiffing shots that I know I can hit and I get even more tilted. My table is almost broken because of this

Damn, you should never be angry in DM sincr DM is meaningless. I only use DM for warming up my aim and sprays. Maybe a bit of positioning too. Other then that its meaningless, try to look at DM like that. You wont tilt any longer.

my biggest issue on aiming is my posture and my chair position,i have a small desk and i have long arms and i aim on the edge of my mouse pad,and if i move from the position where i stay my aim totally destroys,and i`m an entry fragger so i have to avoid to do this mistake
