You forgot to mention that you can right-click on a light block with a light block in hand to directly change its light level.

Actualy, structure void is used to tell a structure block not to save some area. Eg. if you build a house filled with air and load it underground it will remain empty, but if you will save house filled with structure void it will be filled with stone (or other block) when loaded underground
@Uradamus2 жыл бұрын
Huh, that must be how they handle stuff like the nether fortress parts that partially bury themselves into the environment. I always wondered how that was managed and why some parts will maintain their air interiors and others can end up with an end buried into the side of a terrain mass.
@Blank-4012 жыл бұрын
I Like the Deny and allow Block from bedrock Deny Block: the area above the block is set to adventure Mode no blocks can be build or destroyed(good anti grief for a spawn area or other buildings in Multiplayer) allow block: the opposite lets you build and destroy blocks even in adventure Mode as long as they are above a allow block

Oh yeah I remember but I didn't know it's uses tho lol

debug stick can be used to waterlog blocks in the nether. pretty useful if you want to start a sugarcane farm there with only a bit of cheating.

The structure block, barrier block, and light block are basically must-haves for creative mode. Whenever I want to place any gravity-affected block in mid air, I would simply put a barrier block under it.

structure void is better for stopping blocks from falling since you cant see it and you could walk through it

Hey eyecraft, I feel like many content creators like to upload less frequently so they don’t run out of ideas as quick. Are you facing that problem by any chance?
@Eyecraftmc2 жыл бұрын
No I have lots of ideas but thanks for thinking about it :)

Its always good to find a decent channel. Too many polished channels around with ckickbait bs, polished thumbnails and poor content, but your content ticks all the boxes chap. Simple, to the point, nice editing and narrative 👏 Good job, you'll go far. Respect and enjoy the journey 😁👍

I remember when some of those blocks and items came out around 1.8-1.12, don't remember exaclty, those were revolutionary for adventure style maps, made doing mega structures easier to do, many map makers were excited and used, and still use those blocks heavily for building. The days before the barrier block, needed to use a "bugged" version of a block for the barriers

Damn assholes must have been hacking into people worlds in Alpha and early Betas and placing random light blocks around peoples worlds.

for those who are still confused about structure void, it's basically the other way around. structures are saved in like a big square, what structure voids do is basically make it so certain blocks within that square aren't saved within the file, basically like cheese holes. Meaning when the structure generates, structure voids within the structure don't override the normal blocks placed at random by the world generation. here's an example: trail ruins. the ground covering the trail ruins isn't part of the structure itself. it's just the same ground that would be there if you had structures set to off. so, how would they make a big structure square allow certain blocks that would already be there in the overworld to still be there, and not be overwritten with air blocks or not have to manually make the terrain that covers the structure? they put structure voids, that maintain the normal ground that would already be there.

I knew about certain ones, like the debug stick, from watching people like GSP and DF who like to break minecraft 😅 I also knew about structure/command blocks from the time me and my boyfriend copied a mansion for our creative world base... but forgot to turn off entities so it crashed the game constantly loading more and more and more pillagers lol Didn't know about the player heads though, which is really cool and I may have to try that soon.

It holds 64 items for you, you left or right click it I don’t know my left or right 😅 then it holds it and very cool! Edit: I forgot to type. /give not give. Sorry 😅
