FFL DEALERS What the FFL Dealers should do is form a group like the cattlemen association did. Every FFL dealer across the United Pays a small amount to be put aside for lawyers' fees to win court cases. This way, an individual FFL dealer is not forced to shut down because of the high cost. The ATF doesn't care about cost. They have unlimited funds for your tax dollars. FFL holders that relinquish their licenses do NOT have to give the ATF their records or ATF Forms 4473. It is not a law or a requirement just a trick by the ATF to maintain a registry.

The US Constitution, including the 2nd Amendment, the RIGHT to bear arms, is to protect all of the American people to be able to defend themselves, including against a tyrannical government. Plus, in case of mass shootings, if every adult present at a potential mass shooting location has a firearm, (or other arm / weapon), and has appropriate training to utilize it, mass shootings would be much easier preventable, since law enforcement might not arrive on time to prevent a mass shooting, and criminals generally don't obey firearm restrictions. 4.) Does it appear evident that the director of the ATF utilizes the annual budget of almost $1,900 million dollars in 2024 well to protect the right of all of the American people to bear arms as the signers of the US Constitution intended it? At the time period of Text History and Tradition there were no FFL Dealers and firearms were probably sold in what we call hardware stores, trading posts possibly even grocery stores and no one needed a license to sell firearms. Going by the United States Supreme Court ruling, no one should need an FFL license to sell or trade firearms, and the ATF should be disbanded because they never go after the real criminals. They are to busy harassing law-abiding firearm owners. Please pass this message on to others. The more who know, the more our freedom grows.
