Yeah, I do agree with you for the most part. He definitely is a fairly under rated wrestler but at the same time, I do think that he also can be somewhat inconsistent and unreliable sometimes, ya know? That's not to say that he isn't good or isn't deserving of being included in the list of some of the best wrestlers of recent times. However, that being said, he probably isn't exactly one of the greats or one of the best performers of the current era of wrestling. Maybe he would have had a much better record and reputation if he was able to work with some of the other truly great wrestlers more often and had more opportunities to rise up in the company and have some title matches or received a stronger and more interesting push so that the fans were given a chance to decide if they wanted to get behind him and support his push or not, ya know? Either way though, he certainly is a good performer and certainly does deserve to be considered as one of the most notable wrestlers of modern times without a doubt, whether he gained a championship title or not and whether he had the same type of push or support from the company or not. I always liked him and looked forward to seeing his matches and honestly he never really failed to give a good performance for the crowd and all that. So yeah, considering all that, I'd definitely say that without a doubt he should most certainly be considered as one of the best and most notable wrestlers of his ears and of recent times over these last 10 to 20 years or so here. There's probably not really too many other wrestlers, aside from the legendary ones, who could also be held to the same level of popularity and esteem as Batista. Although I will also say that he won't ever be labeled as a legend or as one of the best of all time, nor should he in all honesty, but as far as just your everyday consistent wrestler in the business I truly do believe that out of all the other wrestlers who would also be put in that category that Batista in my opinion is probably one of the best ones in that category. At least in the top 5 or top 10 or so. He probably really doesn't get the amount of credit that he truly does deserve when you look at his career as a whole and see exactly just how consistent he was and what a hard worker he was etc.

My first show was a house show. Got to see Brett Hart vs Owen Hart . Stuck my hand out for Brett to touch it and he literally stopped at the guy next to me and went to the other side of the ramp 😔. Still an awesome show I saw yokozuna, undertaker, and a bunch of other old school lol

Batista, Mysterio, Punk and Undertaker was a good one where Batista turned heel on Mysterio after the match. Believe that was Bragging Rights(remember that ppv?) in 2009.

That Undertaker v Batista feud was great and I loved that it sort of carried over to 2008 when they were in the Elimination Chamber and they had a singles match, I think for the title after Mania 24 on Smackdown. And then they revisited it at the end of 2009. Great stuff - maybe if there isn't an underrated rivalries video on the channel as yet, that could be a good one

10.) This was a good match, basically telling the story of Eddie in conflict, but this showed that Eddie is an amazing talent and Batista is underrated as a in-ring talent 9.) Benoit was overshadowed by Evolution. But we don't give Kane enough due for his work in the ring though. Such a versatile performer. 8.) The Invasion angle gave us some damn good matches though...Booker T & The Rock worked really well together. 7.) This was an underrated gem too.. This match was a testament of Finlay being a genius worker too. 6.) That was a dream match. Hardy vs Morrison in their absolute primes 5.) This was a fun ladder match.. however, the buildup of Edge basically killing Paul Bearer kinda killed its momentum therefor it's overshadowed in hindsight 4.) THE... BEAN.... KICKED.... IN.... That is all.. Hail the savior Kurt Angle.... 3.) Not underrated...I remember that ending... and it pissed me off... Great match, deflating ending... 2.) Sheamus is underrated... fight me... if Cena/Laurinitis didn't happen Over the Limit 2012 would be remembered better. 1.)
