Than a bachelor's degree in data science fused with thorough research on your own from well equipped research universities like MIT would be best.

But there are many degrees which are not useless. like engineering and medical ki. Ham plant equipments, cars, cranes, heavy machines electronic equipment bahir se import karty ha jis me billions dollar lagty ha. Instead of courses, a suggestion would be to focus on employable skills. You can gain employable skills through both degrees and courses. It has more to do with you and less to do with what and where you study. For instance, I've seen graphic designers on fiver who are just recycling material. If you have skills and passion, you would do something unique. I've had degrees and believe they are a good stepping stone to learning new stuff. Unfortunately, your video, in my humble opinion is adding to the problem Pakistan is facing, sheep mentality. Don't do what others are doing, do what you are good at or what you find fun doing (but is also commercially viable). This is an opinion and not a review, hence, I would love to hear some counterarguments.
