For M plus with Keeper if the grove, I use convoke with 1 min CD , sometimes less with hero talent, Nourish and i try to hold nature swiftness for emergencys when i dont think i have anything else to get someone up. Keep your groves rotated for the healing buff. When big damage is about to come out, make sure you have a grove out, then swiftmind into a wild growth. If its not enough or your caught off gaurd, i convoke.

Haven't tried Keep of the Groove at high end mythic + yet. But druid is all about ramping and being prepared so getting caught off guard always sucks haha.

I have trouble understanding how to rotate my big cds as a resto druid, we only have convoke and grove guardians right? and we need to rotate between the 2?

Always make sure Groove guarding not at cap, and i basically just send Convoke on CD. Are rawr healing + shiftmend is 90% of are kit.

Spamming wild growth with stalker just doesn't feel good to me while playing a druid, just for a bit of cat damage. I would rather play a holy pally for that play style.

wym for a bit of cat dmg? wildstalker trees also heal and the overall healing of wildstalker is more consistent, kotg is more bursty

Druid is in weird spot. If you enjoy Holy pally I would recommend that.
