I've seen spirits all my life and I've had psychic dreams and feelings all my life . I've always thought of it as a curse. Especially psychic dreams. I have prophetic dreams. They've been coming on frequently these last two weeks and I keep a dream diary for it. I don't get the third eye pressure but I do get random ringing in my ears. Those are spiritual downloads. Usually it's my left ear but sometimes it will be in my right and I always grab my tarot cards and messages pop out like crazy.

I knew I was spiritual gifted since I was 16 years old. I have been having dreams and I hear voices. Like one time I wanted to quit my job and I prayed on it and one night while I was showering I was getting ready to just give up and not go in and something told me keep going. I have been having dreams for a while when love ones about to pass on too and I have been places before going there too. Rather you got good intentions or bad I tell too from just being around you.

For example, those who wake around 3 am, interrupting normal sleep, have serious health issues, nothing to do with communicating with higher entities. Perhaps it is the good function of the sensoric and perfect alignment between the biorhythm and the earth-sun-moon cycle-rhythm, because of your intuitivly behaviour with your body: eating, balance, naturel intuitive, flexible alignments. It's amazing to listen to this because I have many of these things happening in my life. For many years I've always woken up at 3:00 am!!! Ever since I was a little kid I've always been able to feel or Sense what others are feeling, and I always want to make them feel better. I have always been able to feel what others and animals are feeling. Animals have always been drawn to me, and I feel a very deep connection with the animal Kingdom. It's like I can talk to them and know what they're trying to communicate with me. So now I'm seriously thinking about how I can enhance these gifts. I've always felt connected to the unseen realm.

There is no wrong way of meditating. What is best is to be simple. Sit cross legged, back straight and focus on your breath. Inhale from your belly(like babies do, this is the pure way of breath) and exhale through your mouth. Memories, emotions and thoughts come up. It's ok just let them flow and re center on your breath. Let it guide you to your true self. You are here for it, it is here for you.
