1. Empowering choices- Make Changes, everyday try something new. New food, new way home. 2. Emotional triggers- identify the guilt shame & regret triggers. When did you last loose control? 3. So Statements- I feel x so I do y. I get angry so I raise my voice. 4. If then planning - if x happens then I will do y. Create detour.. if I get angry then I'll take 3 deep breaths. 5. Short term control - long term goals in front of short term goals. Challenge yourself to control desires. Watch only 1 episode of ur favorite show per day. 6. Self monitoring- practice appreciating progress. Track improvements 7. Ego depletion - patient w new life style. Focus wiipowr on the bigger priorities 8. Willpower- self control, bielive in yourself 9. Why is this goal important to me? Wherever there is a will there is a way. 10. Forgiveness- what's done is done. Examine the failures, what did u learn?..then try again.

Awesome thanks for sharing. I have self dicipline it took years and maturity to achieve it.Now I never feel better to have self control! ! People love to say I was raised .....even it had negative impact and the people who raised them were dead.The power parents had on their kids till you detach from them.

Everyday I'm only pray to God 🙏 if I could change ...everday I do things I don't like ,I don't want ,I only know why ? I'm using marijuana and alcohol for long terms since I was 15yrs and cigarettes at 11yrs old and now I'm 21 yrs old. I can feel by myself that I've lost my brains feeling ,believing,caring and feel lazy as well and live with full of negativity thoughts... ...But my only found and believe if we can kept and listen to the words of mother taught us and teach us right from wrong, Good from bad,we will be Good and fine. You can also watch TV or whatever you want to do but earn it first by mowing the lawn or doing the dishes or something like that. I stay on my phone a lot of times but I always do the dishes and stuff, and I look for work, I do it even when I am working, and I try to spend time with my partner. The only thing I got to do is put my phone down before I go to sleep LOL.

I spose my emotional breakdown happened 5 years 4months back when my relationship with my ex broke up. Then I suffered from anxiety and at the time I did silly thing at the time where I had a person pretend to be someone famous when they where not and wanted funds out of me. I feel x when I get angry sometimes and feel y most of the time when I make myself a list into things I need to do around the house by cleaning my room and exercising and stopped gambling as #covid 19 is effecting everything.
