I have a question about the second check point. Are you looking at the Defense with your peripheral vision ? Which dot are you looking at for the long?

@@VMFoosball I have always thought that the takeoff was more important as far as the secondary checkpoint. Sometimes I have a problem on my takeoff I lift my man too quickly. For example if I wanted to shoot the long white dot would you be looking at on the surface of the table

Look at the spot that you are gonna change the direction of the ball. Because thats the spot where misexecution tend to happen, so you need to focus on it.
