Maradona and R9 played in huge clubs like Napoli, Barcelona, Real Madrid but couldn't win anything but league titles and world cups.

If City wins the CL then it would be looked at as Haaland's arrival being the cause, whereas if Madrid wins the CL with Mbappe, it would be seen as business as usual. It would be more impressive if Mbappe were to join a team like Barcelona or Arsenal which have had a great domestic league run and then elevated the team to champions league victors. I would also say dortmund but it seems like Bellingham is going to Madrid. Boi wants a CL
