In China (these are my thoughts), The “Happy Valley” parks are somewhat like our “Six Flags” parks - rides are somewhat themed, in a somewhat themed area. But they do tend to have large standout attractions and/or a cool looking park centerpiece. Edible food. The “Chimelong” parks are much more like the “Busch” parks. Lots of theming everywhere. Very good stunt/spectacular shows. Descent food. Ocean Park - Don’t miss the Pandas, or the Jellyfish aquarium in the park. The mine train is AWESOME, just for the views. But, it IS a descent ride as well. Food is pretty good. In South Korea - Everland is a really good park (even though they did remove my #1 coaster of all time!). T-Express is still my #1 wood coaster. This park, and the floral displays are quite incredible!! Food is pretty good. Don’t forget about “Lotte World” home to “Atlantis Adventure” THE Aquatrax coaster!! GREAT ride! The indoor portion of the park has several great rides including the “Indiana Jones” knock-off “Pharoah’s Fury” which, IMO, is as good or better than the original!! The queue is quite spectacular, and rivaled the original queue of Dueling Dragons. I’ll admit - you have a pretty good “bucket list” of parks here. Good Luck!!

I've been to China before, so here are some pointers. 1. Use a VPN, it's obvious but China doesn't allow you to use Google or most American services. They use things like Baidu and Weibo. 2. If you want fast food, you should note there's a lot of KFCs there. China loves its KFC and its the most popular fast food chain. 3. It smells so much like smoke in Beijing. Seriously, so much smoke in the air. 4. Beijing has 2 airports for the same city. Beijing Capital and Beijing Daxing. Which one you land in and depart from depends on your airline.

I've been to 3 of the 5 Chinese parks you mentioned. Chimelong Ocean Kingdom is no where close to "world's best". I don't even think it surpasses Ocean Park HK. It has the better coasters and aquarium, but Ocean Park's setting is unbeatable imo. As for Coasters through the Clouds, you may compare it to a scaled down Millennium Force, meaning that it is not that intense for an Intamin. If you really like I305 and Skyrush I doubt it's gonna be your ride. The GCIs in China are really good though.

You should totally visit Silver Dollar City in Branson, MO. In 2018 they built the worlds steepest rotating circuit rollar coaster, Time Traveler. Its worth the trip if you go. Not only does the park have a great ride selection, but the theming is extraordinary. The whole park is based off of 19th century missouri when mining and craftsmanship were prominent and they show this off by having real people set up their shops. You can watch a blacksmiths, glass makers, potters, and more. The actors who prance about the streets take you right into Little House on the Prairie. I really recommend it. Its a 10\10.
