Everybody said that ghost sucked ass but it really wasn't bad. My complaint was that there wasn't a lot of great multiplayer maps. And the campaign was predictable. But with the cliffhanger at the end, I definitely would've played Ghost 2 just to see a resolution

I honestly thought ghosts had an awesome campaign, way better than mw3 at least imo. I never really give treyarch campaigns a chance because the only reason I play their games is for zombies so I can't really speak on how their campaigns are (except for waw I played that and it was fucking immaculate), but in terms of infinity ward I would definitely say that Ghosts probably had the strongest story out of all of their games. Maybe it's better we don't find out what happens next, so we don't get another 2 or 3 games exploiting the story. (before anyone hates I loved mw1 and 2 but mw3 ruined the entire trilogy for me tbh.)

I always loved ghosts too, I never understood the common criticisms about the game. I thought that extinction was a very fun and unique game mode, unlike developers just copying Treyarchs zombie game mode because it is popular and no one else wanted to try something new.

I personally put ghosts as my no1 cod game. The scopes look so nice, the maps are interactive and fun, the guns are varied and well designed and most of all the game is different. Cod is a series that has changed a lot, don't get me wrong there. It went from WW2 to Vietnam to modern and it's good but this semi-sci-fi yet modern mix is very unique to ghosts(yes bo2 did it but that game was meh in my opinion) and that setting gives them the freedom to use absolutely anything whereas if it's in the past they have to make it historically accurate or face backlash and far future is when people expect exo's and lasers and all that crap. It's the perfect balance!

Anyone that's being playing games for the last 15/20 years will easily disagree. CoD 4 and MW2 are easily the best games, with BO1, BO2 also some of the best CoD games. CoD3 also as it got CoD more popular because of its online multiplayer. Ghosts is better than MW3 and BO3 but that isn't saying much at all

I liked safeguard it was better than survival. didn't care much for extinction but I'm too into zombies to have an unbiased opinion. I'm not a long range guy so I never cared for multiplayer much but it was better than mw3 and it's better than advanced warfare. I like bo3 better because of zombies and the boost it mellowed down and more useful and wall running is just plain fun. but mw1, waw, mw2, bo1, and bo2 will always be my favorite.

The only good point is about the perks, the "Killstreaks" were awful. Everyone just ran Gaurd Dog, you put UAVs on the ground, Jugernaut Maniac was OP as hell and the entire support section was a sad excuse for bad players to get shiny "Piss everyone off devices" The net code was terrible for the first 3 months of the games life, good hit detection?? Yeah if he game could keep the hell up. The weapon balancing was BS too, every month there was a different God Gun. Never more than one. Launch - MSBS By December- the vector By February - the Vepper May - MTAR June - the Bizon Then the map packs were JOKES. "Here is a remake of shipment! With the fences gone! And random care package drops! And poison gas that spawns at random!" Wtf? This game gets a bad rep because IT WAS BAD. Nobody sites it as "The last good COD" black ops 2 gets that.

Oh and Clifford, the funds were all too quiet and had no umphff so to say and so i had no fun getting kills. Also for me, there were pretty much no guns that i particularly liked. For example, in BO I loved the fal and ak, in mw3, I loved the type 95, in BO2, I loved the fal and type 25, in ghosts, there were no guns I felt an attachment to.
