I agree to your point that we should not sleep with open hairs I usually don't sleep with open hairs but from the past 4 days I've been sleeping with open hairs because I'm was not well and when you're not well u get a feeling that your hairs are hurting so I was getting lazy to tie my hairs so I was sleeping with open hairs and I realized that when u wake up the texture gets rough your hairs start to look bad and the hair falls too much

Acha aik baat main add karna chahti hun hijabi larkion ke liye, agr aap ki hair line peeche ja rahi hai to 3 kaam aur karain 1. Ghar aakar scarf utaren to baal khol ke scalp massage karain aur phir jora nahi banayen, chotti bana len ya koi aur lose hairstyle bana len. 2. Jo undercap hoti hai usey ziyada pehene se avoid karen. 3. Mang ki position ko change karte rahain kabhi aik side se mang nikal kar scarf karain kabhi doosri side se. I hope this helps.
