if you install reshade you can actually put daltonism mode in the game, just a little tip! its one of the basic option of reshade

A simple fix will be to replace on the map actual blue color (for the route trace) with yellow/white/green/red, we need a contrast between the color of the roads and the gps route color. This is for the map only,

The solution for that stock, drift and grip physics is to give a tutorial or at least introduction to the tuning system. That's the only way that i can think of right now

By the way, remembering the moderation of liveries, this system was debugged back in mobile Drift Racing 2 game, initially when adding the "Itasha" sticker pack, people started immediately making hentai, then the sticker pack was removed until they could make a livery moderation system, they made it and returned itasha stickers, it was about 2-3 years ago

'I don't know how they are going to stop kids from seeing naughty liveries' Simpke clientside toggle in the options for 'show custom liveries'. You don't want to see the weebmobiles, naked bobs, or random 'insert offensive imagery here'? Turn off the display of other user's custom liveries. Have the setting being turned to the off position also block access to the community livery tab until you turn it back on. Stick the choice as a part of the initial popups on first launch of a new game. Congrats, they have filled their obligation, and the people who want those racy liveries can still have them without being at the mercy of whatever censorship gets implemented either via judgy moderators or algorithm hell.

@@Goosiest From my perspective, it doesn't matter that kids will ignore that setting. I don't see any validity in censoring things based on a portion of people who aren't using the options given to them to avoid it. I'm looking at this from the 'what is the objective standard that needs to be held to for basic protection of children from such imagery'. Technically speaking, even a toggle in the options is well over that standard, as it's met simply by ye olde 'user content is unrated' disclaimer. Things are getting more censorious as time goes on, and it annoys me how often the justification is 'the protection of children', as if that isn't the job of the parents of those children. As if the changes made to 'protect children' don't often harm freedom of expression for EVERYONE. Especially when we are talking moderation on the kind of scale this would require. There is no way to do that without either a MASSIVE amount of money being wasted on it, or AI being used to judge things. Neither of which are things I see as valid. I am just very, very tired of censorship getting pushed with the 'for the children' cry behind it, when in reality children were never a thought in mind, it was more about suppressing things that a group of adults didn't like, with the aim of noone getting to 'enjoy' whatever it was. Things supposedly to protect children always see, in actual use, coopting to suppress expression and information, and act as a net negative overall, as even when they manage to avoid being invasive, kids still easily bypass whatever restrictions are put in place. The burden for protecting children should be on the parents, not the companies making entertainment products not aimed solely at children, and certainly not people who are functionally making art with no intent that it be presented to children.

I'm kinda on the sidelines on the whole fuel system I like and hate it but it can be better. Instead of the option to turn it completely off I think they should add an option when entering a race and ask if you would like to refuel before entering. Then the fuel should be more expensive than doing it at a gas station since it's more convenient and the price should account for fast travelling to and from the nearest station to the event you're trying to enter. This way you cannot forget to refuel your car before entering a race.

For the fuel issue, you can upgrade the gas tank to be larger and you almost never run out of fuel

#5 add drift tires that are the same effect and feel of street tires and make those specific tires have the gas not burn or tires have wear. Easy fix. Make the upgrade 100k and not cost to change again unless to put on racing tires then just select drift tires for free after purchase.

we would need multiple because which tires is best for drifting depends on the hp and torque of that car along with the surface. For exampe race + is normally trash for drifting but on one of the drift club races the surface is covered with dirt and you cant control your drifts race + tires help me drift perfectly on that attempt

Ai traffic can be a pain but it also creates alot of funny moments. The drone is something I have bc I like taking shots with people in my lobbies and just sucks. The wheel assist or whatever needs some attention. The economy still needs some tweaks but heading in the right direction. I love this game I feel like it's 2005 again but with 2021 graphics. I've got well over 200 hours so I'm thoroughly enjoying it. Thank you for listening to us carx devs.

I really feel like they could have gone balls to the walls with the bosses. Have them style on you, let you take the lead then come crashing through a building infront of you. Cheat by taking ramps or preparing traffic to mess with you. Ram and taunt you. Grind your side and try to push you away. And have some few moments where they are showing a major flaw where you can take revenge by pit, ram or forcing them off the road. Instead they are just... bland and boring.

5:30 this issue was in mobile as well , i reported this issue in helpline , then they compensated me with lots of stuff..... although u need to send recording for proof ( which i did ) and the issue got fixed I persoanlly have very positive review on car x community

There's something to point out; when your on controller, the car automatically wants to counter steer for you, even when you're trying to do the exact opposite with your steering. It doesn't do that when you're on a wheel and it's something I wish they would fix. It gives people with wheels and advantage in taking corners. You can't properly get slip angle while you're on controller.

First of all, stickers, yes, i hope they implemented and even with unique textures, like chrome, standard, pearl, etc, that way you can change your car entirelly. Second, i would LOVE to have something like a shared creation hub, i mean, a place where you can share your car, how it looks, the specs, so anyone can copy it, i know people will share art on cars, surely.

5:20 i don't think so because on mobile, legit players reached around 59sec on the r35 time attack so that's kinda weird that they use hacks to get a time that is not that good. + The drift events where evryone got the same car are comming in carx street pc, the devs put it recently on mobile version and i talked to a pc version dev who told me they'll put this on pc too soon

Liveries will be added when Sunset Speedway gets brought over. I think they could do private liveries with less restrictions, and have a toggle to allow only public liveries, and have that on by default. Then, they could have a checking system in place where liveries meant to go public get manually reviewed to make sure no bad stuff gets through.

yeah i reckon there should be settings that you HAVE to tick on or off when making a multiplayer session. One could be "allow fuel" ig because it should definitely not be an option to turn it off in the single player mode due to how it can help you with performance but that matters less in MP so yeah, a menu with a bunch of session settings would be good.

Personally I love the little sim elements like refueling and tire wear. There are enough gas stations dotted around the map that it's never really a problem. The actual problem is there is no option to refuel before a race. That should be an option. My biggest gripe with the game is no lobby browser with custom titles. I want to make drift lobbies, pinkslip lobbies, drag lobbies, ect.

Grind: I have experience with it much from mobile. In all honesty, the grind is much slower and harder to do it. Each club number has its own cooldown, so I consider the changes in PC very good, I still will never understand other people's complaints about the difficulty Bosses: They are hard, but actually dialed back weaker than Mobile bosses. For us in mobile, we only had to settle with ideas on how we tune our cars to beat them. I have borrowed a friends PC and you can beat just about any boss with just any car. Price: In mobile, a Honda NSX is 400 gold, I am rather surprised it is way cheaper in PC. Even a 4WD swap for transmissions is 320 gold, you guys have like 50 gold Drifting: In regards to the arcade nature of the physics in CarXStreet, it is very different from all other drift style games they use. But these physics are recognizable with CarXHighway, less drifting, more stability Drone mode: I also expected some options such as different filters, but this is the game's first time running a drone mode because mobile does not have drone until the Speedway update.

mobile player here, there is already a drift leaderboard system on mobile so I think it will be on pc version soon. as for liveries we can only use provided stickers so I don’t think ppl will be able to make inappropriate liveries.

So i think modding in the game is ok for people that just want to drift without having to grind that much, just like the carX drift racing game. Only thing is not good on leaderboard events. That is hard to fix, but i hope they ermit us to mod the game without having to forcefully grind everything. Also thanks to a modder friend of mine, i came to know the livery tools are really getting implemented to the game because they are in the files already, maybe they are just perfecting them, and like that a lot of other stuff too. Please carX Do not impede us to mod the game, it will be even better and drag more people into it

Maybe another thing that could be better is when you bought/win a car, and spend money on upgrades, and eventually you decide to sell the car, that you atleast get back 70% of the money you've spend on it. I mean when you spend 200.000 for instance, but want to sell it because it isn't the car that you thought it was, and what you get back is 35.000.. It feels like you've wasted a lot of money..

Fix server lobbies like in CDRO and increase the player limit. 16 players was fine in CDRO since the maps were small, now we have an entire city map and still only 16 players, that's weak compared to what other games offer. Speaking of maps, we need more circuits outside of the city. Drifters have one spot up in the mountains and an apartment complex, and racers only drive on highways, without traffic.. We need circuit tracks for both Drifters and Racers. And finally, remove streetcoin completely, add synced traffic to lobbies and add a lobby list like in CDRO. After this, Street is fixed and I can honestly say it's better than any Forza Horizon title.

Generally I don't think liveries should be moderated to filter out any potential inappropriate content, instead there should simply be accessibility settings you can activate for your kid who is playing the game that disables liveries entirely to not have to worry about that while also allowing people to have whatever livery they want. Never liked the strong censorship of liveries or even just words in racing games like why can't I have "F*ck" (censored because YT ironically) on the side of my car written out what's the problem with that?
