I have a terrible habit of buying the latest lipgloss or perfume. So this year, I’m going to use the lipglosses I already have before buying anymore. No more full size perfume only the travel size. This way I’ll actually use them.

I’m not mad at a kitten heel at 49. You inspired me to look at my safe zone. Ironically pullover long and short sleeve fitted knit tops and tee shirts. I was seriously lacking blouses of almost any type and lacking button down shirts because I haven’t figured out how to look good in them. But after this video I started expanding my button down and blouse wardrobe.

New person here and I loved this video. You are gorgeous, funny, and made me think. I will not be buying in 2024: eyelashes (I already have too many and dont wear them enough), special occasion dresses (I have four, thats enough), eyeliner (I rarely wear it), shoes as statement pieces, heels over 3 inches, dresses that require undergarments for me to feel comfortable wearing it, candles, body wash with fragrance (Im really a Neutrogena girl), swimsuits (I have three but dont know how to swim), and "basic" jewelry (I need to getcout of my safe zone).

I am good with what you said not to buy for 2024, except for panties. I love beautiful underclothes and usually buy silk panties or cotton. And would never put on shorts, pants, or other two-legged garments without them. 😮In my unasked-for opinion, I think they help to prevent infection, and my gateway to heaven should be protected at all times. 😂😂 For me, not buying certain high-end handbags and shoes will be a no-no.

I’d be willing to spend like $50/$60/$70 on a top and like $100/$150 on bottoms. I’m a size 1x/2x. That’s the hardest part for me. My size clothing is either non existent or frumpy. It’s GHETTO af literally my closet is full of fashion nova jeans (that make me look bigger than I actually am) plt jeans and aritzia bodysuits. I love the way the aritzia bodysuits look and feel I just want to diversify I’m turning 29 this year. I want to give grown and sexy!

That’s funny about the shoes. They’re both pumps. The nude pump is a little extra to me due to the little covering. The pink pump is actually kind of basic to me, too. Maybe because I’ve seen sooo many pink satin shoes with rhinestones bows or buckles lately. Then again, who wears pink shoes everyday? Not many of us. 🤷🏽‍♀️

My dream bag was the double flap bag as well but 10k for a bag? Everybody said the quality has decreased so much. The bag no longer has real gold and the leather scratches and tears. This is based on all the videos I have watched for research purposes but I can’t justify a bag for 10k. They also said you will have to start playing the spending game to get bags, like how they do at Hermes. I’m not jumping through hoops for other people to take my money. It should be an honor for me to spend my money anywhere 🥴
