I feel you. Also been doing a no/low buy since last year and continuing this year. It does feel nice to use up what you already have! Also for the library, a lot of library’s have a kindle catalogue as well. I usually have a few books on hold and a few i borrow from the Libby app through my library and it’s been a great thing to save extra money if you like reading books on a ereader.

I LOVVVVVEEEE the Libby app so much! I don't usually read on my phone, but sometimes I just NEED to read the next book in the series and can't wait for the library to open lol

sad thing is our new government is banning books from public libraries so classics like 1984, to kill a mocking bird etc will become less accessible to the lower class

hi there! when I was a student I had a lot more disposable income! My money was my money to spend. I totally get where you're coming from, but now I don't even make $40,000 a year in a top 5 most expensive state. I have a lot of guilt about it and try to only get small things like eggs and milk here and there, but i appreciate your concern and should have left a disclaimer

@@soorosieI totally get that! thank you for clarification!! it's just something I see more and more upper income people doing, I'm glad you're not one of em :D
