At awesome chocolates, we have a colleague who is good with Excel, but not yet Awesome. So, the other day, I caught him doing this... and I had to show him a few better options.

You are an excellent tutor! I can certainly find my way around excel, but your tricks have indeed opened my mind! In addition to the data-bars you showed, and which i incorporated, i also selected the whole table and added the colour scales. the data bar shows the numerical value which is so great, and the colour scales fills the cells accordingly!
