Mental health charities and support networks:
❤ www.mind.org.uk/ - Mind's website is brilliant for general advice but also has a mental health A-Z tab where you can find information about your particular problem. They even have an anger section!
❤ I typed "mental health organisations" into Google and it actually came up with one local to me! Maybe try doing the same. My local site is www.bristolmentalhealth.org
❤ www.changesbristol.org.uk/ - Changes offers a number of meets around my local area. Consider finding a meet near you if you feel the need to talk about your problems.
