I'm an unranked player and I get matched with high elo players, honestly it's frustrating for me to move along with their play style and pressure myself to do a good performance just to get harassed by my high elo teammates for being inexperienced....this is frustrating for both high elo and low ELO players getting matched with one another and high elos most of the time mock players like me that is still yet to learn champions and game mechanics

The matchmaking was an absolute dealbreaker to me. I left WR to play MLBB with a couple friends for 1 season (3 months+/-). When I came back, literally my first ranked match in WR I got paired with this 1 feeding noob who I remember very clearly from before I left. A 3 month gap, and I'm getting paired with the same people from before. This never happens in MLBB, you almost never meet the same players twice. The player base atm is just way too small.

Let's be honest, with the new matchmaking system, it's impossible to grind solo queue. Riot expecting Emeralds to carry unranked players is ridiculous.Its very frustrating and I'm sure there are probably quite a lot of players who already probably quit because of this.Not only that but even if one player is afk,its a certain defeat. I'd rather wait for 5 mins of queing for ranked rather than having to play with 1 unranked,1 gold and 2 silver players. Not being disrespectful but 95% of the time in my experience they're just straight up garbage.

When I play Wildrift I always play as a support because I know everybody has that carry pride so I always adjust but the second someone from the enemy team starts talking trash and also in my team I usually auto mute and just play. And also in sea server the twitch streaming addon in Wildrift is useless because twitch uses lots of data and most players in sea server have limited data.

I disagree on the events portion though, only Wild Rift has actually immersive events that don't just convince you to "spend spend spend to get ‘free’ stuff!" that are so present in other MOBAs Wild Rift is kind of the first to use player engagement in terms of choice; deciding which side of an event you wanna be in, getting exclusive cosmetics, etc. and the data must be amazing ‘cause a couple months after Wild Rift held those events, other MOBAs suddenly implemented similar-looking layouts. pretty sussy

My last ranked game was 3 platinums and 2 gold's vs 2 emeralds, a platinum, a gold and ME AS A BRONZE. I have played less than 50 games of LoL TOTAL, never played PC, and I led our team in damage by 10,000, and was 20,000 ahead of the highest opponent. I got silver after we won. Silver took me 17 ranked games being totally new. So I think it's a little ridiculous that I could get paired with diamonds or higher when I haven't even played 50 LoL matches in my entire life

8. Matchmaking. I am glad that in Wild Rift Normal and Ranked mode have same preselected lanes/meta modes. Before it was a mess... And also what I would like to add is to prevent users to play ranked until they reach certain mastery level on the champion, then they would have only those champions available for ranked. There is a lot of players from ML, it is obvious from the play style (leaving lane unprotected, roaming the map, herd mentality... Or looking only for fights and etc.). It will take time till things settle.

I have to younger cousins one is a high ranked player in MLBB and one is a casual player in MLBB. When both of them tried WR the casual one actually played a lot better than the high ranked one which surprised me. The casual ranked one plays Lux a lot and her aim is on point 95% of the time together with her timing on when and where to fire.

What I like about ML is that their report system. In wildrift, you can troll all you want and you'll never receive any punishment or even just a warning. I tried it on my own, I fed for 10 consecutive games and never get anything. In ML, you'll automatically lose credit score and you'll never be able to play rank if your credit score is too low. What's worse is that it's very hard to earn credit score so the ban will sometimes reach for a week or even 2 weeks.

RiOT should have BOUGHT MLBB when it got first released and work it there to have their OWN IDENTITY as one of the LoL game universe. But now with ByteDance owning MLBB to challenge Tencent itself with other games as well. I'd say it has a chance. Because: 1. It owns Tiktok. It means that ByteDance can use Tiktok to advertise its games WORLDWIDE. And with Tiktok's popularity? It'll spread FAST. 2. Moonton already has begun it's expansion LITTLE by LITTLE. And of course with it being a MMORPG(main genre) than a MOBA(sub genre). Of course the skins will be EXPENSIVE. It's MMORPG (there's no such thing as a CHEAP MMORPG). It would have enough funding to have multiple attempts. 3. ByteDance has some of the most recognizable franchise in company like: One Piece: The Voyage Ragnarok X: Next Gen Mobile Legends: Bang Bang So it's easy to be recognized by fans to play it and other games it owns as well. Things get fucked up when Wildrift has 3.7 positive reviews out of 5 compare to Mobile Legends which has 4.1 positive reviews out of 5. Many people are complaining about this game which most of the time Riot didn't address. Because Mobile Legends has better reporting system than Wildrift and they are reasonably strict. But both games are unbalanced a bit in their own way. Most of the people in Wild rift community are fucking up their own game to the point they are not even respecting it. (Don't use ad hominem please, be reasonable)... People are not even respecting their own Game due to their own arbitary need to do metas, and things... I love this game so much, it is hard for me to continue this or else I am wasting my time grinding in this stupid game with most stupid players that they are not even respecting their own game and their own community. I get paired with the same players over the past 2 seasons. Maybe cuz the player base is just too small here. At this point we've become familiar with each other like we know their mains, their weaknesses, their tilts etc. It's just so funny.

I think wild rift is still growing and remember it's still open BETA . matchmaking in wild rift is not that bad I guess maybe the new matchmaking system is . match you in lower ranks maybe they should've change it that way. even so even if matchmaking is it's best there's always be afk's , trolls . I say is make the punishment harder so they won't do that anymore and just be nice and be patience guys :)

Apparently I'm 2 good for plat and get into those diamond games and I'm for it. But what I'm not for is leaving my teammates with plat while I only see emerald/diamond ranks on the opposite side. It's a 1 sided shtshow that I can't carry. Either dragon lane feeds, solo feeds, mid feeds, or jungle does nothing all game. Or worse all of the above haha it's horrible

QOTD: Matchmaking system is terrible. Like the worst ive ever seen atm. Unranked players can match with diamonds like wtf? In ranking system, they should do this: Elo can play, exclusively, the rank above and below. For the challengers, they should play with grandmasters and masters, since they dont have higher elo. And if they cant find a game still, they should include Diamond players as well, but diamond players dont lose any points even if they lose the game, and they get double the points if they win. That way, we will have more masters and grandmasters to help challengers find game. Gvg is literal thrash. I thought they would be guild battles but there are just some grinding missions with insignificant rewards. It doesnt make any difference whether to be in a guild or not. Idk how you can solve this, but you gotta think about that. You need to get perma ban to trolls. They are growing, and becoming some real problem in ranked games. Overall, it is still playable but ranked games, especially after 2.5 A got so bad, that ppl will eventually leave the game if you dont fix, riot.

About originality, yes the game was from pre wxisting game in pc.. But it has a permission, they literally own the game too . Unlike the other game that they just steal eveeything, from events ui, champion skill (hero) , character design, especially other QoL changes. Also in learning curve thing, the reason why I prefer wildrift is because of the learning curve.. I want my game to be challenging. I dint want the game that i just click random buttons but still my combo manage to work. For example the fog of war, it adds another layer of challenge especially those surprise ganks. On events also, wilfrift is the only game that has an amazing event, theres no free trial things because the amount of blue motes they gave is insane. Infact every champion release i got blue motes, but I dont need to use those motes because you could still get the champion for free after a few mission. Matchmaking, Yes it sucks for now, but they still gather data and tweak those button behind the curtain based on the data and feedback so Ill trust riot devs for that.

QOTD: I don't like the match making IN RANK, for me it's UNFAIR grinding my ass to rank UP! my rank. imagine in low ELO, your rank is Platinum, then you will be team up with bronze, no offense to the newly player of wild rift, you are welcome, last time I played rank I've been team up with bronze as JG, the rotation is so horrible, I'm a support main, the JG of the enemy kick our ass 4x, but our JG never come for AID or rotate to our lane, more focus in farming than rotating, never had HERALD/ DRAGON. 2. Steep learning curve. It may be true, but it is up to personal taste and preferences. I waited for Wild Rift (LoL Mobile) for so long, and avoided playing much of the mobile games since they were simplistic and "stupid"... ML took that approach, it cashes on that premise. And when LoL came to mobile phones... It was wooow.

I think the best way to make WR appealing is making the ranking system harder..if there are only a few challengers instead, it will make the game more challenging and fun to play...being challenger is a great way to earn more viewship and a source of pride

Why do we even have this ranked system when the game matches you based on MMR? Rank brackets are literally obsolete. You can't invite 2 ranks up or down, but you can easily get matched with someone 5 brackets down/up. Just give us MMR as the rank indicator and let us invite based on that then. Or fix voicechat already. Or implement a harsher report system. Or a community hub where you can actually chat and y'know... communicate. Or events that are not daily missions 2.0. Riot: how about a guild system instead that is a daily missions 3.0? This is what happens when companies market towards asian markets. Instead of fixing game breaking issues, they just keep stuffing it with gacha bullshit to inflate sales on the short term. Bull. Shit.
