My problem with The Bellas was that they did nothing impressive, and yet were more famous than any other Divas that were around during their time. I mean, no hurricanrannas, moonsaults, or other moves like that like Lita did. No impressive submission holds like AJ Lee's Black Widow, or Paige's PTO. Closest they ever came to looking like wrestlers was when Brie started doing Daniel Bryan's moves. Sadly, I think they're a case of "Its not what you know, its who you know", and being with the two biggest fan favorites of the past decade (Bryan and Cena), is what I believe got them so far.

The heel/face to face/heel back and forth always bugged me. Especially during the whole "Divas Revolution" storyline. They were heels against PCB, yet faces against Team BAD. During the triple threats featuring all three teams(or just members of all three teams) they didn't know what they were, and it seemed like they were trying to do both during the same match. I honestly thought Nikki Bella's single Heel run in the late 2013-14 timeline was epic. She did such a good job at that time. And Man when you tell you other half that they wished they died in the womb. :O Man....that doesn't get any colder then that. For a heel role that line was very effective. Unfortunately as you mentioned in this video the way the Twins were used in stories were sadly under utilized. ( I actually got back to watching WWE in early 2013 so i didn't see them in their first run. ) Nonetheless one thing can't be denied..both of them had quite the impact in the industry and I wish them nothing but success going forward. Their last face turn was unscripted, because in an interview they said that when Naomi turned heel, later when they were in the ring they started to cheer the twins. And at their last heel turn it was unscripted too, because when they used Twin Magic on Paige the first they were cheered not booed
