10 THINGS YOU ABSOLUTELY NEED TO BRING WITH YOU WHEN TRAVELING TO TROMSØ / NORTHERN NORWAY / LAPLAND

I live in Northern Ontario in Canada where winters are regularly -15˚C to -30˚C I suggest people wear MITTS instead of gloves, because keeping your fingers close together is more efficient for warmth. If you want, you can wear a thin glove underneath a larger mitt. That way, if you need your fingers, you can remove your hand from the mitt without exposing skin to the windy and bitter cold. (Edited to say: I wrote that comment before you said it at 6:59 lol sorry)

Use aluminium foil underneath the thermal soles. Radiant heat from your foot will reflect back instead of going to the ground
