Girl..I can teach u how to make the perfect eggs. It’s about heat, and using a spatula to constantly keep those eggs moving. It’s not hard and I know you can do it. Practice. Use a small nonstick Pan. Put a small amount of butter or oil inside. Put the heat on medium. When the butter sizzles, turn it down to medium low. Pour in the eggs. Use a spatula to move the eggs around the pan when they begin to cook. Watch those eggs and stir consistently so that the eggs never brown, but are moving around the pan until you have a fluffy, consistent texture. It’s all about the heat. If it’s too hot, the eggs will cook too fast. Have patients..the protein takes some time..but once it starts to cook it goes quickly. Add cheese at the very end, when the eggs are cooked. Turn off heat and add cheese. Enjoy! You have got this Hannah Brown!
