I've been bruised, cut, and hurt with in many ways on all parts of my body like spine fractures and wrist sprains and falling on my neck perpendicular to the ground from 6 feet. Of course, for Sin Cara in the biggest physically strenuous sports entertainment industry ever, a dislocated finger shouldn't seem like something that takes someone out of a match. To be fair, in my experience, a jammed and dislocated finger is deceptively painful. I had my finger dislocate and snap back into place by itself due to a bad jam, and it was a numbing pain that leaves you confused for a couple seconds about what just happened, then your body catches up before your brain does and you get a little dizzy and it feels like it gets 20 degrees hotter. Tldr: Many people don't know or seem to forget how much jamming or dislocating a finger actually hurts.

Ive had 4 fingers slammed by trunk of a car. It didnt dislocate my fingers but it sent my brain into a really bad daze, strangely i stayed stoic throughout the ordeal. There's another interesting use of the X. There's an Elimination Chamber match, 2014-ish, where CM Punk knocks Chris Jericho out of the cage. Jericho sells the injury so well and out of view from the ring that Punk throws an X to check with the ref that Jericho is OK.

Fairly sure it was Tegans 3rd match on the Mae Young classic. We was booked to win the whole thing then her knee completely smashed. She blew every ligament and dislocated the knee cap. Its amazing she can still wrestle.
