Unfortunately, in India there is a problematic culture of "if you like a girl, you should bully her/harass her to show your interest". That's what I learned in documentary years ago.... I'm not sure if that is still taught to young boys nowadays. So the attitude and scandal with that famous instructor was not really a surprise to me

The little girl thats paralyzed is her parents fault not the teacher. It was her parents choice to risk her health & they should of checked the schools reputation. Its tagic. Its like people putting their kids in football..cant be mad at the couch if they get a concussion
