I agree! Even if it’s cleaning one part everyday to then finally be clean later. I know some people are in a not healthy routine and it’s hard to start all at once. Doing one thing everyday will become a habit like making your bed or cleaning your vanity after getting ready etc.

Amen! There is NOTHING like coming home to a clean cozy apartment with the bed made and the smell of my candles and clean floors that I know that EYE cared for myself so much that I make it a comfy cozy welcoming home to arrive to, it’s really changed my life. Absolutely! It’s a habit that pays big dividends, especially if you nap or rest like you “mean it.” ( meaning- turn off the noise and be in relaxed clothing. ) Even if it’s just 30 minutes, it’s a big boost of energy.

Great video! One habit I have incorporated is that, after my shower, when I rub oil into my body, I do it consciously and thank my body parts for all they help me to do, i. e. , my heart for being openly loving, my arms for being strong and allowing me the pleasure of hugging people, etc. It’s a very powerful thing to do and fosters a great appreciation for myself. 💜😇

This reminds me of that tiktok sound that goes "the universe doesn't want you to try harder, it wants you to breathe, let go and be open to things being easier..." I watch it every day as a reminder because I love being in my feminine energy but I constantly rush through my days because I feel like I'm running out of time. Which is not true, I just need to let go of that feeling. 🧘‍♀I love your advices and reminders!💗💗💗

I needed this today! I've been feeling stuck in my masculine energy. My job is go go go and it's hard to drop into my feminine on my off hours. The 95% micro habit spoke to me as well as your example! I'm a watercolor artist in the midst of turning my art into digital works for print on demand sites. I'm feeling pressure that I've placed on myself to get it right and find myself getting taken out of the feminine energy I love being in when I paint. I just need to give myself that 5% and not overthink it : )

It's helped me to think about how much less boring it is for those staff to show a customer an item and walk through the store and feel helpful rather than stand there being bored -- that helped me feel less of a "burden" and more like i'm giving them a change of pace and they get to feel helpful whihc we know makes us feel good when we feel we've helped.

I appreciate your talk on this topic. This year I started studying yin-yang energy and balancing chi. I started organizing spaces in my life according to feng shui principles (my home office first, my side of the bed, closet, and bathroom, then my office at work and now I’m working on the front porch and living room). I can’t tell you how this has transformed my life. I feel it is very “feminine” or yin to attune to the more subtle energies all around us as well as quiet rhythms of the seasons and the moon. This is now a wonderful lifestyle that has brought me to a center of being alive never experienced before, and I feel 100% content. I wish you well!

I clicked on the video expecting to hear a lot of repeated things that every youtuber claims that "changed their lives". But the first one already blew my mind. I resonate so much with that, I feel so much more feminine when I have my ponytail swinging side to side, or when I wear a simple accessory that completes my outfit. I guess we thrive on those little things, I feel so blessed and filled with joy for finding your channel and having those thoughts validated

Oh I love #6! I started my dating life in Virginia where chivalry is definitely alive and well. Now I live in California and have inspired the same habits in the men I date simply by creating the space for them to step in and… open the door, carry the bags, or walk on the car side of the street. Consider it a gift your giving them to feel like a man, they’ll do it as soon as they know it’s what you want :)

The micro-dress up hit home. I have the time, but sometimes I don’t have the energy to get fully glam. I used to. I wouldn’t leave the house unless I was done-up. Now, I am prioritizing getting dressed and *at least* putting mascara and eyebrows on. It really does wonders just changing clothes and a little makeup (if it’s your thing) and I’m glad you addressed it ❤

I feel like I was meant to find this specific video. It's been a habit of mine for a long time to refuse help, this need to prove I can do everything on my own. The way you phrased it- let things be easy. Slow down. Not everything needs to be productive. Take time for small moments of fun. I just needed to hear this so badly. I know I'm just a stranger on the internet, but you genuinely helped me so much in 20 minutes. Thank you. ❤

Yesss. Things don’t always have to be 100%. I always tell myself, and even my children, “not everything is a 10”! Not everything on your list is the most important thing. Not everything on your list has to be done to an exact science. Save yourself, the stress for the important things if you must.

Thanks for starting with tip 1, I adore it and will be following the advice! I’m finding it so odd that I for some reason have had this weird thought process of ‘the women who walk with swayed hips are naturally like that, it would be weird for me to try to change how I walk after 20 years’ and then I think after seeing this tip, well why not me? Why can’t it be me too?! I’m realizing these women probably also leaned into their feminine and started walking in a more feminine manner so I can too. I don’t know why I’ve been so critical of myself and thinking I can’t change the way I walk.

My 3 minute Out-the-Door Routine: breath spray, brow fill, quick nose contour or a swipe of bronzer, lip gloss, spritz of perfume, check that I’m wearing earrings, a ring & a bracelet or watch, finger-fluff my hair, big sunnies and I’m Out-the-Door. I do this even if I’m in joggers and only running a quick errand. If I look & feel presentable then my mood is cheery & I’m fine with running into ppl. 3 mins is all this takes. Try it everyday for a week & you’ll agree, I promise. 👛 Much luv from NYC xx

Another thought--I would LOVE to walk more like this, but I don't want to attract unwanted male attention. I work as a nurse and def walk with that stiff bullet quickness all over the place, and the other day when I saw a fellow nurse dance for a patient, moving her hips, a male aide shouted, 'Yeah mama!' and his ogling just made me feel unsafe. I don't think I could saunter like this in my neighborhood either....but maybe in the woods alone. I know my feminine energy is stuck but a lot of it is from fear of unsafe guys. I wonder if there is a way to let my feminine energy flow in public, while also feeling protected.

Perhaps express it only in places you've considered safe. I work in a male-dominant industry, so striding like one feels safer. If a full sashay feels too risky, maybe a smoother walk (the one taught in deportment videos)?

I realized I stopped allowing my hips to move since I got teased for it as a teen, I just WALKED that way, it came naturally. I will definitely work on letting myself go and flow again!

I try to be modest. When I was a child, I read an article about how women subconsciously swing their hips to attract a mate. I thought, “That’s stupid! I’m not going to do that!” and for a while consciously kept my hips still while walking. This became natural and for probably a decade now, I’ve had a notably “stiff” walk for a lady. Me trying to be modest and not get attention based on my body led to me being a little masculinized! Ugh, I may try to fix it bit-by-bit now. All that goes to say, I feel you 😆

Omg I just realised another thing from my childhood this is insane! I used to be very tombish because my mom did never give me any example of how to be feminine too! She never felt feminine herself, was very rough, didn’t shave, rarely put on makeup or dressed up, never let anyone help herself, wasn’t soft…all of that influenced me! I slowly discovered my feminine energy in my late teen years and now I feel so much better and secure in my feminine side ❤ I know how to carry myself, like cute girly outfits and know how to flirt well. Thank you

One more tip from me to increase feminine energy: spend time with women, especially women who have that type of energy in them. You don't even have to hang out with every one of them, just start observing them when you meet them, maybe smile and greet if you personally know them, sometimes that alone helps. It makes such a difference for me instantly

Tip for walking: it’s easier to swing your hips when walking in dancers pose i.e. flat/straight back, shoulders back and relaxed with pelvis turned inward. You know it’s right when your back is flat against the wall. You’ll also find that your feet are now angled better for walking on your whole foot 🙌🏼

Slow down. I’ve been practicing this for a few months now. It takes a little afford because it’s different from what I have been doing for my whole life, I tell you that I do look/feel much more feminine. Loving it 😊❤

Hi Jillz, your videos are incredible and I feel like I atleast APPEAR to move through the world with feminine energy but I'm realizing that I'm so scatterbrained and overwhelmed that I tend to overlook so many of these micro habits. Thank you SO much for these, especially as a new Mama I needed to hear a lot of this and hopefully I can impart this wisdom on my daughter one day when I've mastered these things and put them into practice routinely. Thank you ❤️🙏

Wow, this was very helpful. Realized I actually have a lot of natural femanine habits, but I labeled them as bad or irresponsible.

So very much needed this. I have more of masculine energy since I am used to doing everything by myself. I learned something useful from this. Love from India ❤

Not everything has to be productive to be valuable. I’ve struggled SO HARD with this. ESPECIALLY once I became a mom…I would want to sit and do nothing but then I’m lowkey stressing about the pile of laundry that’s not done or the kitchen needs cleaned etc…Not as bad as I used to be though

As a mom, I was feeling like I was missing all these things. I came to the realization subconsciously that I needed to do this things, and I even started to do some. Now I know I do need to make some changes. I put my anxiety in God's hands and He gave me this video, in between other blessings.

Reading fiction is productive! Reading any written language improves your literacy level, cognitive ability, and your ability to articulate yourself. There are tons of other benefits as well! But yes reading anything is very productive 😊

Oooooooh #9! I grew up in a household where you just didn’t treat yourself. Other women than us did our nails, other women than us did our makeup. It’s been a mental shift to go… wait yes I’m worth getting a facial, even regularly!!
