Tip: golden whale's gold can swim on catfish level and can run on abandoned mill, lol not really tips but they are quite strange

I have another tip, use shield on catfish and Necromancer. Get in front of the ship on catfish fight and hold shield, and for neceomancer you can block all but one attack from him, so its good and makes the fight very fun.

The shield is very underrated, it can block a lot more than people expect! definitely going to be in my 10 more tips video

Here is a tip that I know of : The Green Knight, Orange Knight, Industrialist, Fencer and probably more characters can easily defeat beefy enemies like the Beefy Brute from the Industrialist Castle with their main magic attack. I think this works because their magic stun locks them for a second causing the magic to do tons of damage to them And the Orange and Green Knight can shred through bosses with their magic just like the buzz saw characters

Beefies can only be hit a maximum of 4 times before the game forces them to fall on the floor and be "knocked out" for a few seconds. During this period they can't take damage. So even the best magic splashes in the game aren't crazy effective against beefies, really nothing in the game is.

FOR THE PAINTER YOU WILL ACTUALLY USE THE BROWN BEAR PET, IT WILL SHREAD ALL PAINTINGS IN SECONDS

I knew 8/10 of these tips. I didn't know about #6 and #10. Especially the scissors. I currently own castle crashers for PS3 and PC, and never knew about the scissors being the only exclusive painting for PS3. Great video!

Actually in the volleyball i find double jump combo to be most effective as it has the biggest hitbox

Useful trick for volleyball: just stand on the line and Light attack the opposite player when he is going to touch the ball

My thoughts about all these tips: 1. That is actually a really useful piece of information, I’ll have to use that in some of my future runs 2. I mean, if you want the lowest prices, then yeah, but just go to the volcano store. It has all three, and when you start playing insane mode, time is more precious than gold 3. This is how I unlocked him. Cool to have, but also kinda useless if you’re really early game and don’t know how to juggle anyway 4. Really useful to use for Stove Face, he has a really powerful weapon that is available right from the start when using him 5. Speedrunner strats 6. This is cool, I didn’t know about this, might use in some insane mode play through, like you said 7. I didn’t know about this either, but honestly it kinda seems like cheating, more so than the lava world+industrial castle skips. I will not be using this for any of my insane mode play throughs, but maybe I will for a few normal mode speedruns, idk 8. I figured out the shadow technique after like 45 minutes of volleyball attempts my first time playing through the game, but didn’t know that the uppercut is good for the “fight” 9. I didn’t know there were people who DIDN’T know this…? 10. I mean yeah ig you could try to remember this and use it in co-op games with multiple different elemental knights, but just tank the hits. It’s a lot easier. (I didn’t even know there was a scissors painting) 11. This is something I noticed too, but it dosen’t really help much if you don’t care what element damages the paintings the most

1 Knew it I always do that 2 I knew they had different prices but I didn't know well enough to have a map of where to buy things 3 Sherbet is useless but yes I knew how to do that 4 King is very broken for that reason alone 5 I play casual, not glitchy and I didn't find them that hard I didn't know about that nonsense 6 might have to do that if I ever beat insane far enough for that to matter 7 what did I say about glitches? I didn't know about that nonsense 8 my method for the volleyball game is to start spamming melee attacks on the ball and the other players to stunlock them into not being able to do anything to stop me 9 knew that used it every time 10 wait the paintings have damage resistances and weaknesses? crazy

for volleyball, just walk up to the line and smack them up so they cant hit the ball. you can reach pretty far over i just be smackin around all 4 of em lmao. Theres a simple cheese for the giant bat boss: hold shield top left corner and attack between licks

Ones I knew: 1, 2, 3, 4, 8 (you can also attack enemies trying to get the ball), 9 (11 is bonus). Ones I didn’t know: 5 (very useful), 6 (also useful), 7 (straight up broken) 10 (also quite useful).

I only knew about the Cat, but i managed to get to it by doing Light>Heavy on repeat. Was also mashing jump, but i'm not sure if that factors in at all

Good god I can’t beat the beefy skeletons in insane mode on the swamp level, I’m so glad that your able to skip them once you beat them once. But the thing is I can’t even beat them once in the first place lmao.

Here’s my tip when fighting the necromancer use the uppercut sometimes he may block it but once he’s down, continue to either jump on him or you could get a juggle on him

I know 5 + 1. The 1 tip is painting a bit… I didn’t know all had resistances, I did know the paint colour though. You may know this one. Did you know during the evil wizard boss gauntlet once you have defeated the boss you have to go to a crystal room. Instead of breaking the crystals you can renter the boss room and fight the same boss. I used this to level scale and money grind.

The volleyball game in the original version is much harder because it's broken and janky, but it was fixed in the remaster

A good tip would be the beefy cheese in the sand castle and full moon I don't really see the point of the door skip, considering you need the marsh clear for a skull

There is actually an easier way to skip the industrial machine and you don't even have beat the beefy brute! On the wave where you fight the beefy brute, stand againts the farthest right of the screen hold your sheild up and let the beefy brute attack for 2-3 cycles then use a magic jump and throw a bomb, this will put you out of bounds then go right and do a levitation combo and grab the telescope. Flamming has a video btw.

Juggle, get good weapons like golden sword from insane shop, and consider using character with atleast decent magic, always some more help than on blacksmith. You can also farm for gold on barbarrian boss. Good luck.

@@ralphtheSolvercat3156 i think he has good magic on single enemy with decent air magic, much better than blacksmith that for me has very bad magic. And get that sword, its +5 to strength and magic if you haven't already, buffing infusion attack, so by extent even drillcharge. So you should be fine, consider trying out bombs for enemy hordes. Also, level up strength, defense and magic if you haven't already. You can use red splash magic to stunlock the beefy, and try using hawk pet orb for healing.

On the elevator part a light juggle is probably the best way. Once you get to the beefy you might want to try BAM (beefy ai manipulation) you can find out more about that on the castle crashers wiki. Good luck

once again quite impressed by this tip video. its very rare for castle crashers youtubers to not spread misinformation or put in the effort required to learn new things that they would have to dig for. only thing i gotta say about this video is if you do the medusa door skip and skip marsh, it wont count the game as completed as one of the required levels is corn boss.

goddamn this game is the definition of stretching content for more gameplay, like i enjoy the game with friends, but you gotta think, couldn't they like cut the 10 unlockable characters which are all basically identical for like a few more stages? it's like, for 100% you need to replay the story so many times for the characters.. and then theres insane mode which is just an icon of "uncreative hard mode which just raises hp and attack of the enemies"
