The art that i attached was created on a 12x14 art board on adobe illustrator. It is CMYK at 300dpi. I saved it as a PDF and when i uploaded it on your site it detected it as a 2.25”x2.62”. On your site, i sized it to 6.87” (width) by 8” (length). The system calculates an 11x5 template and suggests a size of 4x2. Where did i go wrong?

Hey Israel! Sorry to hear about this error - go ahead and place the order, then email your artwork file with size info to [e-mail] and we'll print it sized properly.

@@Supacolor I appreciate the prompt response. I have also sent an email regarding this issue. I thank you for the suggestion but i need to be able to do this on my own on my end so that I don’t reply on supacolor to adjust the size on my artwork. I need this knowledge myself. How do you suggest we save our files on adobe illustrator?

Rely***. The steps you provide, although very helpful, is just another step to something we all prefer would be a lot more seamless. The site should be a one stop shop where we place our art and the order gets fulfilled. To place an order then email the artwork with specifications and more explaining seems like something id prefer to avoid. I am sorry if i am coming off a bit weird.
