I’d be interested in a bit more on the fuelling point. I tend to just go for 60g per hour and crack on but there must be way more to it. Also I’ve heard people say you need to train your gut for even more absorption, but there must be some balance there if a lot of your training is lower intensity and therefore requires a lower level of fuelling. Do you purposely over fuel some of those sessions?

We will be doing a further in depth video on fuelling soon. It's very individual. Absolutely need to train the gut to consume those higher quantities. I personally don't over fuel those easier sessions. I just consume to correct amount on the harder sessions usually for me its higher then 60g. depending on the length and intensity.

Top video, would love to hear more about Strength training - Duration, Volume best exercises? I also find supplements and recovery very interesting if you could elaborate on your top tips. Keep up the good work
