Slash early is good to cause you can get a block animation which is why i would suggest slash early AND slash twice, cause if you slash early and they slash in normal time you get a block animation and the second slash will kill them then as another bit of input I would dash out of this away from where you were fighting cause if i saw that go down i’m throwing my boomerang between them knowing ill get at least one person
