i have pcos from last 2 years..a month before i found that my pcos reduced by sonography bcz i change my lifestyle completely.. syntoms are also reduced.. and i didnt change my lifestyle after that . sudden i got acne all over my chin area..where unwanted hairs are.. they are very tiny little bumbs. i started a turmeric cinnomon blue tea at night. so i want to ask that is these acnes bcz of that tea bcz its nature is little hot for body . or due to pcos ?

Hello my favourite mam..... I had cystic acne last long from 6 7 years... so mush pain n blood 😣😣😣I had cyst in my rights overy.. then I was unmarried..in 2020 I become married.. and in 2022 1st January m become a mommy by caesarean delivery..during operation my cyst was removed.... mam is there any chance in further one again cyst will be araise ???

I get one two pimple or acne before my periods but not regularly sometimes I get it .. i have regular periods good flow and also get acne or pimple if I eat fried foods regularly..
