For the first playthrough I suggest playing without spoilers. That said: 1) I am obsessed with this game! Found it approx 5-6wks ago & have already put in close to 500hrs 😂 2) Great video! 3) I've done 4 full playthroughs so far and have never once had an issue getting level 3 trust at every camp before the end of the game. Thought it was bc I was playing on easy but nope, normal, hard & hard 2 - all the same 4) One of the best early sources of trust & credits is the herbs, berries, shrooms and meat. 5) Every time I start seeing MAX on the plants, etc in the world I go sell it all at the camps - especially early game when you have no use for them & you earn more trust/credit for food than an equivalent amount of freaker ears - a _lot_ more 6) XP/Skill Points: a lot of people are afraid to go out at night, I use daytime for missions & night for hunting freakers, meat & gathering plants. Especially in the early game it helps you gain XP a lot faster if you get stealth kills - (reg kill gets 100% xp, headshots 150% & upclose stealth kills 175%) So at night I hide in bushes, toss a rock just in front of the bush I'm in to lure a nearby freaker, stealth kill - repeat until the area is clear enough to gether resources & move to the next area if need be. Sure is more fun than sleeping to fast forward the time, imo. 7) This game allows for all sorts of play styles tho so experiment & find what's most fun for you. 8) Sorry so long, I suck at concise EDIT: KZbin is having issues. I tried to add a reply with additional info, particularly that in _addition_ to this channel, I would also recommend: Borislav 247 Spawnicus Rex GreyGhost Gamerz For their Days Gone content - their tips & info has improved my overall gaming more than I ever thought possible for myself

Also, in addition to your videos I would suggest a few other channels if you really want to excel at this game: Borislav 247 - he has quite possibly the very best videos regarding the Hordes, challenges, etc - extremely helpful for anyone but particularly beginners! Spawnicus Rex - his videos regarding tips for improving gameplay in this game and in general have improved my gaming skills more than I ever thought possible for myself! GreyGhost Gamerz - he's been exploring the world and has come up with some fantastic methods for getting Deek to OP status ASAP, tho imo it's always best to do your first playthrough as it was intended to be played but that's up to you and your playstyle preferences Typically I've always played games on the easiest setting but now I'm playing on Hard 2 and loving it! The tips I've learned from these 3 channels have been integral to my progress & skill improvement. imo they're all top notch sources for info on Days Gone and beyond

Also, you can turn the generator off again! If you hear Deek say uh-oh just hit the button again to turn it off - allowing you to find the problem with less stress

I whouldnt recoment fast healing... healing in the crafting menu is better because if you fast heal you will use First Aid boxes first. Safe the they first aid kits because they give 80% health back but you can only hold 3 and cannot craft them. and normal bandages heal 50% use the first aid kits only when your really low and in a dangerous situation and use bandages for just normal healinng because you can hold more and craft them easy...
@CommandoReptilio3 жыл бұрын
I actually didn't recommend fast healing in general though. I just wanted to state that if you fast heal and there's not any bandages if you do use fast heal, it doesn't mean you can't craft them. That was my tip, if you don't have fast heals available you can most likely still craft it :) However, I'm aware fast healing isn't always the best, but you don't always use your medkits. Only if your health is over what a bandage heals it can happen you use a medkit. For small percentages you always use bandages. Edit: also I only really fast heal on a bike, as you can't open your wheel on the bike and if you're in a dangerous spot I don't think anyone will really get off :) (Sorry for the long reply btw!)
