In case of Fe+2 ( h2O)6 , co +2(h2O)6 , Co+3( NH3)6 how do u arrange it for molar absorptive coefficient What other factors to be taken into account

Fe 2+ and Co 3+ are spin, orbital forbidden, Co 2+ is only orbital forbidden. So order of decreasing intensity would be Co 2+, Fe 2+, Co 3+. I guess Co 3+ would be least because of low spin, i.e. large energy gap b/w both levels.
