I did #4!!! 682 one digit right, in right place 614 one right in the wrong place 206 two right in wrong place 738 All wrong 380 one right in the wrong place Okay, so all are wrong in 738 which means 8 cannot be a digit, neither can 7 or 3. So in 682 the correct digit in the correct place is NOT 8. In 614, there is one right digit in the wrong place, which means it can't be 6 because in 682 it says that there's one digit it the right place and 6 is first in both numbers. That leaves 2 in the ones place. In 206, two digits are correct but in the wrong place. We already eliminated 6 being a possible digit leaving 2 and 0. We already know 2 is in the ones place, and since zero is the other number and it says it's in the wrong place, it should be in the hundreds place. To prove this, we look at 380. In 738 it says all digits are incorrect, so the correct digit in 380 is 0, but it's in the wrong place. Since it can't be in the ones place and can't be in the tens place, we know it has to be in the hundreds. So we have 0_2. In 614, we eliminated the 6 so we're left with 4 and 1 however it says the right digit is in the wrong place. If it were 1, it'd have to be in a different place, leaving us with 4. So the answer would be 042.

The driver saw her as she was thrown up against the windshield after hitting her. It was the right time to stop because he had to pull her off so that he could see out again. Actually the first clue (682) says that only One Number Is Right. So the answer couldn't have a 6 and a 2 in it. I actually thought the same thing and thought that would be the answer (062). To be fair, the clue is "One number is right" and not "ONLY one number is right" so you're not exactly wrong, either. :)
