That's becuase they are Jeeps, not humvees. The Pather water car is based off the Jeep Wrangler, now they're developing the same concept with an H1 humvee.

Is it just me or is that Egyptian car boat just a boat? Is it also a car? why not show it on the road? I'm finding it doubtful it's actually "amphibious"...and especially at such a low price. The wheels look like just stickers or paint on fiberglass
