My period survival kit consists of 2 pads I pack of paper soap Extra undies Zip lock bag Sanitizer Note. I carry a zip lock bag because in case I get me period and I spoil my undies instead of putting it straight in your pouch or your bag I put it in my zip lock bag and ,eep it in my pouch and wash it back at home.
