Speaking about turning while last hitting, i think its the best tactic to do while someone missing and thinking that u are ganked, because in this game turn rate are really crucial, and imagine that u also got napalm on your hero..

When you have 'teleport requires stop' turned on, you don't need shift key to cast skills and items after tp-ing unless the items/skills can be casted while channeling which you may not want to depending on the situation. (Experiment on these settings to understand more) It used to be only 1 cast and the rest requires shift key, but the updates increased it (I'm not sure anymore of the max auto-shifted casts.) Note: While tp-ing, use right click to ground to cancel/reset all your auto-shifted actions. Another thing, while tp-ing also, use shift key when clicking on ground to avoid cancelling all auto-shifted actions before your right-click-to-ground action.

No.2 - 'Stop Spam', is far from useless though. By starting your animation preemptively, you're able to get it off quicker when you actually want it. You can easily turn a 0.6s attack point into a 0.3s attack point , which is a huge advantage. A more obvious example of this is when pros repeatedly wind up abilities like Rolling Thunder or Epicenter. Doing that allows them to get their ulti off up to 2 seconds faster in case they get a queue to go.

im a low bracket, but i tend to improve from time to time by watching pro players play all the time with such style and calm in movement, casting, attacking, positioning, so i started to do less the rightclick stop button and i just stand there sometimes or use force attack and rightclicking less for movement or maybe wait for spells to be off cooldown and be much more patient, it really helped me to be "one with the hero" and i just cant understand how i come to perform better in things that require speed as im taking more idle time, like pushing far waves instead of nearest camps and getting more LH by doing that

I think some heroes which have slow attack animation in a matchup against heroes with better attack animation need to do that in order to secure lh more easily ( ex Mars Vs jugg, if you want to lh with Mars doing the spam stop will help you since you will have completed hall your atk animation)

always change ur position to avoid enemy gank u or stun you , for example mirana arrow, made some move while hitting will made enemy hard to predict ur next move or plan. if u suddenly moving backward they though you going back and they will come forward but actually your teammate is standing behind wait for a gank

The mouse click & key spam, might have an explanation. Dota is originally a mod from Warcraft. When you play Warcraft & build something, like goldmine, house, or anything... The more you click mouse button on it, or assign a key and spam it, the faster the building process would be. So there is that... God damn I'm old. So it might be a bad habit, from Warcraft player transitioning to Dota. But younger generation might not know this, they just see someone doing it and copy...

Stop spam is important (only if the creep is dying). This is especially useful for confusing the enemy hero whether you would land the attack or not. And the result may end in a last hit or deny.

1. I'm doing it for repositioning not just for habits. 2. Sometimes stoping the animations helps you to read or fake enemy, like when enemy try to deny, your attack animation is already ongoing so just dont press stop then you'll hit first. 4. I think it's not normal to spam cd after used, sometimes I'm spamming cd skill if it's 1 second away before usable.
