Haven’t been to prison but I was locked up in county for 14 months. This video brings back memories. I remember my first night in jail, the homie gave me a bag of ramen. I went straight to the dry ramen method cause I didn’t want to ask anyone for a bowl or spork. When they saw that, they all offered to make some for me in “their way”. Turned into a competition among the whole pod over who could make the best ramen. I got lucky asf in the pod I was locked up in, hardly any violence, no extortion, no racism, everyone was always helping each other out when feeling down or low on commissary. The tattoo guy would give people free work on special occasions (birthdays, anniversaries, etc). The Bible study group would help new comers shake their addictions. The fitness dude would lead workouts every morning and night. The old timers would play cards all day and teach the youngins. God damn I’m gettin sentimental thinking bout it , miss those mfs fr.

I don’t know about you joe but my favorite was a 30 pack spread in a trash bag. Every holiday about ten people would throw down the needed ingredients and I’d cook us up a masterpiece! Ramen(of course), a couple tubs of citycow cheddar, a few spicy pickles chopped up, a few summer sausages chopped up, and lastly...one tub of crunchy peanut butter. Iv been out for 8 years and still love it every time. Awesome video!

HOWEVER, when I saw you burn the ramen to hide the smell of "smoke", I knew you were real. BTW, burnt popcorn does the same thing. I eat raw egg in my ramen to this day.
