Can't believe how much Parkour has changed me. I used to be overweight and just gaming after school. After training PK and Calisthenics for a good 6 months , i got from a big fat stomach to a 4 pack abs with much better flexibility , faster , TONS OF CHANGES. Now i'm looking forward to try out flips to move on to FreeRunning. Thanks Ronnie ! You're one of the person which got me to start Parkour. Much love from VietNam.

The cold is my favorite part. I would suggest learning wim hof method as another way to do parkour in winter bcuz I have the park all to myself in the cold and it doesn't even feel cold at all to me even below freezing with me just training in short sleeves. I'd highly recommend it.

2 things Parkour is speed running with little amounts of flips and is meant for getting from one place to another in the fastest time possible Your doing free running which is what incorporates lots of flips and is meant for more of just flipping around on random objects

yeah It's winter here and we usually get about 1 - 2 feet at this time of year (about 2 - 5 later, it's still December.) And I can't do any vaults or jumps outside because you can't really run. But it's a good time to learn flips or do flips off of high things because of all the snow! I have to shovel my tramp every few weeks to train flips but if you find a good ledge without too much snow you can flip into a powdery cushion! (I wouldn't recommend flat ground cause if you shovel there's still a lot of ice that'll make you slip.)

If you live in my town there is no where to do any type of parkour and I mean nowhere like no good playgrounds just like 1 slide and 1 set of swings and everyone judges you and if that’s not bad enough if you want to train early in the morning or late at night you can’t because u will get stopped by the cops for suspicion of drugs buying or selling drugs or get followed and stalked by a fucking drug dealer
