Hi Kaori! C is the answer! 🎉 Question for you, how does the rate lock work and would you recommend going with the builder’s lender because they can lock the rate for a longer period of time?

Rate lock length varies based on the builder's lender. Most builders will cover the entire build time whether it's 6 months or even 12 months. Make sure you ask the lender how long the rate lock is for and what happens if there's a delay in construction...

Great question Gabriel! Builders actually prefer financed deals because they can make money from the loan! They don't offer good cash incentives and lately, I've seen no incentives for my cash buyers.
