Positive vibes always from you *Touchwood* But I feel veryyy weak and dizziness too through out my fasting window Im on my IF diet 19 to 20 hours daily Its been 2 and a half months now I have shed alot of weight ab bas baby fat rehta hy that's due to my first baby i had gained weight Bas energy kyu ny rehti through out my fasting period yeh ny pata As i eat just 1 meal a day and wo bhi bht mushkil se . Ny bhook lagti ab still i force eat and i try to eat protein and fiber and thora sa carb Ive started drinking yakni home made to get some energy as i have to take care of my 2 year old son ALONE , kitchen and the house too plus husband

Try adding one form of physical activity when u wake up . Early . Bhi ok bhi lagaygi aur energy down isiliyay hai k khaaa nahin rahay . Do visit a nutritionist who can suggest power packed meals for u

​@@iamuroosasiddiquimai 20 days sy intermediate fasting kat rahi hon or week ma 2 days rozy rakhti hon or 2 meal a day ly rahi 8 hours eating and 16 hours fasting mai 2 meals ma 60 to 70 p carp leti or protein bhi pr 1 kg bhi lose ni howa

6 month m 108 kg se 94 kg tk km kia with portion control.but us m m ne protein or fruit portion proper nahi lia.jis ka result ye hai h k ab mjhe buht weakness ho gai hai..

I went through the same problem because of lack of knowledge . Then I gained back a few kgs and started doing healthier plate . Try having a balanced healthy plate . And also do visit a nutritionist they can guide you soo much better

I gave myself 6 months of gluten free ,ghar ka khana diet ,but do gym but no progress I do loose some inches lekin weight come nahi hua ab bohat disheart hu

I would strongly suggest you to visit a nutritionist and ask your fitness trainer at the gym to to help with your work out . .

If you are going to the gym then you would certainly do weight training which helps you build muscle which weigh equal to fats. You certainly don’t get what you want. Either you want to lose water weight or fats.if you are loosing inches then don’t worry about the numbers on scale. Stay healthy
