Actually Chad Wild Clay, in the Spider-Man Unlimited cartoon, Spidey had a and a spiffy new suit made of millions of nano-bots. (The nano-bots were provided by Mr. Fantastic) it also had a nanotech web-cape. Also Spider-Man 2099 had a "tattered" web-cape during the Todd McFarlane run of the art in all Marvel comics 1987-1992. Big-name comic artist. Little Fun Fact: McFarlane was creator of Spawn.
