Facebook costs bit higher per sale but it definitely generates more sales and traffic. Over the past 1 month, recently my revenue hit just under £1000 in a day despite pandemic situation.

Great question! My understanding is that Swarovsky Crystal does, in fact, retail products on AliExpress. I'd purchase only Swarovsky because this strikes me as a space where many fraudulent sellers would gravitate to. It's an easy to fake type of product. Hey there! Awesome question. If the videos provided aren't working for your website theres a couple things to try. The first is to contact the supplier and ask if they have the video without any watermarks on it, or if they are able to take a new video. If they are not able to do that for you then you should order a sample of the product and film your own video. This is the best way to get exactly what you want/need, and avoid any copyright issues with your images. 😀 -Kitana

Hey there! Good question. ePacket shipping takes 12-25 days, there's no way around this, it's just the reality of this economical shipping method. When it comes to the cost of shipping the items, make sure to factor in the per unit shipping cost of each item into your retail markup. Hey there! Good questions. Firstly, you can set the price to whatever you like for the split product. If prices vary through different variants (color or material for example), then that will be reflected once you split. That's awesome that you have your own products! If you think there is a market for your shirts, then there probably is. Your $70 in ad spend is not enough data to dismiss the product and it's much more likely that you need to tweak your ad sets in order to tap into your true audience. Hope that helps! 🙂 -Jasper

Please fix your app there are so many bugs prices are not synced correctly, sometimes it thinks a product is removed from the store which isn't and I want to select the shipping method per order because now you loose a lot of money because it always use the default shipping method ! And the app should be used for multiple stores not only 1!

Hey there Danny! Thanks for your feedback, it helps us get better and we really appreciate it. AliExpress pushes out new prices every 48-72 hours via the API. This means that if the price changes, you will see a discrepancy until it updates the next time around. You can select the specific shipping method on each order in your AliExpress portal, and you can change your default method in your store settings, but I can appreciate that this is a bit cumbersome. As far as the app being used for multiple stores, you're correct, we do not have that feature. Instead, each Oberlo account can only be associated with one Shopify store. Hi how does dropshipping work in the UK, I am concerned about shipping times, as UK shipping is around 40-50 days from China and I don't think people would want to wait that long..Any advice on this would be great. Also, can I sell to US, would that be the way around it ? Many Thanks

Hi there! There are many places that use ePackets as a shipping method. ePackets on average take 22 days to get to the customer. People think because Amazon has fast shipping, people won't wait for longer shipping times. There are a lot of people that shop online and know that the majority of stores can't offer Amazon shipping times. I can think of a dozen really big stores that aren't doing dropshipping that have long shipping times and people understand and wait for their packages. As long as you are transparent about the shipping times with your customers and they know how long to expect you will be fine. What I like to do is give myself a processing time (3-5 days) and a shipping time (2-4 weeks), that way you really are getting almost 5 weeks before the customer is expecting their item and most times it arrives way before that time. If you're still not sure about the shipping times you can target the USA and use products that are shipped from the USA. That way the customers only have to wait 5 days on average for their products. @@Oberlo Thank you that is just brilliant, please may I ask one more questuion., if i target the US, where do I find products that are shipped from the USA to the USA as in Wholesalers, I thought Ali Express only ships from China, and I thought I could only use Ali express for Dropshipping - sorry if I sound confused, it is because I am im really struggling to find a product that is not on Amazon or ebay, so I like the sound of finding product to ship to US.. any advice please , many thanks.
