It was erected by the Salierkaiser Konrad in the 11th century and still houses the graves of most Salier emperors - the emperors that ruled at the peak of of the Holy Roman Empire in the 11th century. If you liked the Dome in Cologne you have to see the "Ulmer Münster" It is also a gothic Church from the 19th Century and is the highest Church in the World. The Dome is pretty awesome but the Münster is clearly the more impressive Building

Germany has about 1500 breweries and about 6000 different kinds of beer
@KrautsalatAnAmericaninGermany4 жыл бұрын
That is awesome! So each Brauerei brews on average 4 different beers. It should be that simple! Make a good beer! No need for different flavors!
@canisxv98694 жыл бұрын
@@KrautsalatAnAmericaninGermany The usual kinds of Beer available (at least in Bavaria) are: A "Radler" (Beer and lemonade), a "Weizen"(Wheet Beer) a Pils(Pilsner) a "Helles"(Pale/light Beer) and occasionally a "Schwarzbier"(Dark Lager). On celebrations they sometimes make a Festbier usually it has a bit more alcohol then the normal bier. Because of the Reinheitsgebot from 1516 (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reinheitsgebot) stuff like Radler isnt allowed to be called Beer in Germany( i think) They are called "Biermischgetränke". The most popular beer in Germany is the Pils followed by the Radler and then the Weizen.

Flensburger is not the northern most brewery in Germany. The northern most brewery would be Südtondern Brauerei located in a small town called Niebüll. They produce excellent craft beer. Look it up for yourself. (:
@KrautsalatAnAmericaninGermany4 жыл бұрын
I did look it up...Flensburger is literally a few points further north!! Südtondern is located at 54.78349 and Flens is at 54.78431! also though, i see a braurei/brewhaus located in Flensburg north of Flensburger so, now we don't know anymore LOL
@kash0r4 жыл бұрын
@@KrautsalatAnAmericaninGermany Na dude. Südtondern is what we call a Landkreis. It's not a town. The town in witch the brewery is located in is called Niebüll. Its just a small craft beer brewery. So nothing compared to the Flensbrauerei. But non the less. Anyway. It doesn't realy matter as long as the beer is good. :D EDIT : Damn it. You are fucking right. I never noticed, but depending on where the brewery is located in Flensburg it may definitely be a tat bit more to the north. FFS. Just blew my mind. :D
