thats so great!i really hope TH never changes the way that they are with their fans and coworkers and all, they are like the only band i know right now that aren't bitches with everyone, even the fans like "i don't give a shit let me sign you CD so i can go", you know? like Justin bieber Demi lovato, Etc... after a while they just stopped giving a shit, didn't treat their fans right and all, they just cared about the money. i'm not saying TH doesn't care about the money, but its just so amazing how much they care about the rest, the sound, the live performance, the fans just as much you know? i just...i just love them so much more for that :)

I really enjoyed this video. I have never seen a band, from my experience, do a video that highlights all of the people behind the scenes that make the show possible. Everything, from lighting, setting up the stage, sound, effects, instruments, wardrobe, etc. So, seeing this really makes you think, without these people you wouldn't have a show. Episodes like those make me want to work for the band sooooo band. You dont even feel like working for them, but WITH them (which is a huge difference), and its not everyday that you get to feel familiar with your bosses and actually enjoy going to work and do hard work, at the end of the day you may be tired and exhausted from working hard, but youre happy, youre enjoying life, you travel, your team is the best, and you get to go to concerts for free! This is just awesome!

I work as an assistant as well and I thought that being the celebrity assistant is extremely more difficult and stressful. But if the main responsibility is to help changing clothes, this job turns out to be not so complicated:) Nice that their crew are people, who have been knowing guys for ages.
