How are Aero Sucre even still flying? I’ll never forget that poor overweight B727 cargo jet that had the worst bungled takeoff I ever saw - they slammed it through a fence and a shed at the end of the runway, destroying the hydraulics and barely a minute after take off, the poor thing fell out of the sky and slammed into the ground killing the crew. Truly tragic.

They are way out of the minimum margins. Overloaded or not, they're always pushing way beyond the limits and risk a lot. It's a shame to see a company become so popular because they are dangerous. They don't respect ICAO margins for the takeoff, nor bank limitation at low speed. They don't even apply the simple private pilot rule to ensure that the bank is not too much according to the speed. This is an offend to the work of so many people over decades and a total disrespect to people who died in plane crash that led to safety improvements.

The B767 "drifting" was undergoing flight testing as is indicated by the little drogue chute off the back of the vertical stabilizer. Those are used to get clean air data for the test computers.

I remember being amazed at the early jetliners going off at a steep angle, unlike the piston-powered ones that lazily droned across the boundary hedge. I have seen trees going past me on certain landings but not taking off.

I've heard that Russian pilots in the Soviet era had been specifically trained to use the entirety of the runway to save fuel on takeoff. So the late takeoffs may not be due to an overload.

It wasn't good airmanship but it looks like they still had a reasonable stall margin. I estimate 35 degrees of bank but they had V2 plus some.

Store Review: 1. The store itself is fairly clean, it follows a minimalist style and keeps the focus on the products; good marketing. As for the products themselves, I’m impressed by the minimalist designs, as they’re attractive to the eye. You did good. I do have one suggestion, however, and that would be to group similar items together, as it seems they’re a bit erratic, but other than that, it’s nearly perfect. 2. Personally, my favorite item has to be the Boeing 747 blueprint hoodless sweatshirt, however I am also a fan of the Aviation Alphabet one, they’re both very good looking. However, if I’d have to choose, I’d definitely pick the 747 Blueprint design, as I am a fan of the structure; it’s something I could easily show off.

The test A350 in this video (F-WXWB) is the first of the A350 family to have been produced. It still regularly flies above Toulouse (France) for testing purposes, every 3-4 days on average. I love watching it from my window!
