Hello po sir, pwede po bang magrequest ng design 95 sqm total lot area, maybe 10 X 9.5 po. Gusto ko sana 2 storey na may roofdeck sir. If pwede po at least 2 rooms with common toilet and bath, Master's bedroom with own toilet and bath with 2 sinks at balcony po. All rooms has built.in cabinets. open concept ang kitchen na may breakfast nook ba tawag jan. If pwede po sir may maliit na pantry lang, laundry area at 1 carport po. If pwede po may maliit sanang area para pagtaniman ng malunggay at iba pang mga gulay. Salamat sir in advance! Sana magkasya yung wishes ko sa maliit kong lupa.

Hi! Can I make a request po? Total lot area po sana is 150 sqm, I want a 2-storey house. On first floor I want to have a spacious living area, t&b room, dining area, kitchen, service area and laundry area plus 1 bedroom (for oldies). On 2nd floor, 3 bedrooms (master br w/ t&b, + 2 rooms for my children) family hallway + common toilet and bath.. Also, 2 carport if possible.. Please indicate the estimated cost 🤗 Thank you so much! The side window on the living room is not elegant:who wants to see the car? It's better to avoid the window on the side (increasing the width of the one on the front side). It's also more useful to close the car box. The kitchen is dark with that small window: if you put a windowed door on the side you can create also an external dinning area on the back of the garage. On the first floor i would change the set-up of the main bedroom: the terrace should be accessed directly from the room (with windowed door). In this project there's a useless door for the balcony that reduce the surface of the bedroom. And latest but not least: in one of the two bathrooms you should pure a tube.
