Fun fact: The world's strongest kids record is held by two Canadian girls. Rory Van Ulft for youngest person to lift 2x body weight over their head (I think she was age 9 when she did it). Emily Ibanez for youngest person to lift at least 200 lbs over their head (202 lbs at age 11). Those familiar with Rory usually aren't aware she's mainly a gymnast who does weight lifting on the side.

These are pretty light rubber plates, probably 5lbs. Don't be fooled by the metal noises they added in post. The entire setup is somewhere around 60lbs.

They are doing her a disservice with the fake metal sound. If the total weight was 133 lbs, then those weights are not metal but some other material, if they had been metal at that scale they'd weight at least 20 lbs each, bringing the weight to over 200lbs. So when the judge asks for the weight one can't help but feel disappointed that it was only 133lbs, because it looks way heavier. So either use smaller metal barbells, or the larger non-metal barbells but without the fake metal sound, it doesn't help the girl to visually deceive the viewers!
