I was 25-26 when I started the sketchbook back in 2012-2013. That’s an important information that should have been on the video lol :) glad you are enjoying the content!

I am really enjoying your videos and I am learning a lot about teaching myself how to become an artist. I am now learning a lot about observational drawing from “Drawing on the right side of the brain’. I wanted to know if you know the book Lessons in Classical Drawing by Juliette Aristides and the overall your feelings around the atelier way of learning art. Would you be able to make a video about what you need to know on the fine art side of learning regarding more traditional path?

I’ve never read the book, but I know some people that really like it. Have you seen the video on the mistakes I made learning the figure? I think that one touches a bit on that. I’m also preparing a video on finding my style that will definitely touch on that.
