Regarding line up changes by the AI, there are 3 settings that need to be set, simulation, casual, and competitive. If you set if for simulation but are playing casual, it is using the default casual settings.

Still 40 games in the season, and tied with the Phillies for first... also with the Mets 1.5 games back. Idk, they might make it, but I just don't see how they can keep it up. I mean Mets did get injured and are pretty bad right now, but the Phillies are hot. I guess the Braves are getting the luck right now after being unlucky all year. I just didn't think they had the depth to make a push, especially pitching wise

@@TheAntOrtiz definitely a lot can happen by the end of the season, but everyone is overlooking them without Acuna. The braves line up is still extremely good good their pitching is significantly better than the Phillies plus they have guys possibly coming back into the rotation. Outside of Wheeler, the Phillies don't have much. Plus the Mets are always finding ways to lose games and won't have Degrom back for a major impact on the season.

To my surprise Fernando tatis doesn't turn into a beast of a hitter in my franchise mode as you would think because in my custom team franchise mode he has been with the Padres for 16 years and the most home runs he has hit in a season is 29 and he's had 100 or more rbi's in a season only twice in his career and he also has just a .272 career batting average

So to help with free agency vs. last year of arbitration, as long as they aren’t at 6 years of MLB service time you’ll still have arbitration over that player. It’s something I’ve noticed in your videos and I really use this to determine who I trade for/sign long-term. Hope this helps
