Also for a video idea, you could try like play as 2 competitive teams in different eras, so 2007-2012 a 5 year rebuild of chelsea vs united and even add a twist and give yourself extra points for doing better than them in real life?

Omega Dad needs to bite the bullet at the start of rebuilds selling players while only getting 30% of the transfer revenue, it always pays off towards the end of rebuilds as the club financially recovers and they start to give you transfer budgets. The difference between the season 2 moves was Luke selling players and being able to find budget buys while only getting 30%. This is the key to mastering rebuilds imo.

Think your dad fumbled at the start changing formation. He had a top 6 formation there was just missing a goal scoring striker, his first tactic was very similar to Luke’s. Definitely think he could of kept the pace with that one

Last few rebuilds Omega Dad has lost his way a bit, feel he needs to revert to a simpler tactic and modify slightly where necessary. Also by making too many changes every year destroys team morale and compatibility.

The easiest way to get financially stable is just to sell players. Take a season or 2 of not competing so that you can start spending again in season 3.
